A teammate that knows the operation
like you do.
We work with owner-run businesses — the kind where the whole operation lives in the owner's head. We study how the work actually moves, then build you a teammate that learns from your files, asks before it acts, and stays sharp month after month. Every job starts with a one-week walkthrough.
We don't sell software. We give your operations intelligence.
Three steps, shaped around how your business actually works.
We come in (or hop on a call), shadow your team, and document every process that involves manual work. We map where time is leaking — data entry, missed follow-ups, disconnected tools, slow handoffs — and show you exactly what it's costing in real hours.
We design the automation and build it. Using your existing tools wherever possible, we layer in AI where it makes a real difference. We work alongside you the whole way to make sure you get exactly what you're envisioning. First automations are usually live within two to four weeks.
Every build is documented and handed off running. We don't disappear. We stay on as your partner — monitoring, expanding, and adapting as your business grows. No new software for your team to learn.
The Zacky Command Center is 100% custom-built for your business, not a template, not a generic tool. We study how you operate and build around exactly how your team works. And when something changes six months in, we're still here to change it with you.
Kara
Systems & Automation Design
Kara is the founder of Zacky. She works at the intersection of operations, software design, and management, helping businesses run more efficiently with automation and AI. Her strength is operational design: taking messy, manual processes and making them clean. She's worked across a wide range of industries, finding the places where the right system changes how a business runs. At Zacky, Kara helps clients identify where they can optimize their existing systems and builds the bridges for them.
Evelyn
Design & Implementation
Evelyn is the designer behind the scenes. She works across both client projects and the inner workings of Zacky. For clients, she creates simple to complex automations on demand and connects their existing systems to a central location. On top of this, she handles ongoing maintenance. A client has an error, a customization, a new feature idea? She's got it.
Every job starts with the Walkthrough — one week, fixed price. You show us how the work moves, and you get back a ranked plan of what's worth handing off first and what it would save you.
